Refund Policy and Dispute Resolution

If the seller fails to deliver quality traffic in 100 hours from the date, specified on the order page, we will automatically credit your Udimi account for all missing visitors. After this, you can spend the money within Udimi system or get a refund to your payment source (Credit Card, PayPal, etc).

Please note: we physically are not able to refund any payment that is older than 60 days. All payments, older than 60 days, are non-refundable.

You agree that your payment for any order which has been 100% delivered is non-refundable. You agree to resolve any payment related issues solely via Udimi live support (From any page: Help > New ticket) and any attempt to reverse a payment via dispute, reversal or a chargeback will be classified as fraud and robbery attempt with corresponding actions from our side.

You agree that your payment is non-refundable if you provided broken link or your site was unaccessible during 100-hour delivery timeframe.
